Skirt to Dress Tutorial


Take one oversize skirt, work some sewing magic and hey presto!
Cute dress conversion! 

Looks a bit tricky, but if you have the experience it would be good to try.

    Greetings from Germany.
    The dress looks very good but we have wintertime up here. Stormy and rainy.
    I may try sewing it in spring. ;-)
